“Local Baraboo Flavor” Pop-Up Dinner Pairing Event | March 15, 2019

Pop-Up Dinner & Wine Pairing: Broadway Diner and Baraboo Bluff Winery

We love utilizing our venue in different ways! Join us on Friday, March 15th at 5:30pm (cocktails; dinner at 6pm sharp) for a four-course meal by Chef Jeff – owner of Broadway Diner – paired with Baraboo Bluff Winery wines!

Menu
Course #1 Pork Belly Crostini with Blood Orange and Fennel Salad | The Angell – made with a vignoles grape from Finger Lakes. Semi-sweet white with hints of citrus and pineapple.
Course #2 Four Cheese Stuffed Salmon | Pinot Grigio – a dry white with hints of melon and pear.
Course #3 Braised Short Rib with Parsnip Mashed Potatoes and Pickled Vegetables | Color Me Cab – a lightly-oaked, dry Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich tannins with red fruit flavors.
Course #4 Peach Cobbler | The Girlfriend – a sweet white with hints of mango.

Tickets are $65 (gratuity & tax included) and are non-refundable within 48 hours of event – but they are transferable. A portion of the ticket price goes towards a new organization called Secret Circus that supports arts in Sauk County – follow Secret Circus for more information on future arts events.
