Now Offering Classes at Vennebu Hill
Blueprint for Yoga will now be offering regular yoga classes for all ages and levels.
Vennebu Hill will now be hosting regularly scheduled yoga classes in our great barn and outside on the deck by the area’s new instructor Helmy Tennis, owner & founder for Blueprint for Yoga.
Monday & Wednesday: 5:30-6:45p | Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow moves at a comfortable tempo in Vinyasa Flow style. All levels are welcome as modifications are given as needed. This is your time to play, breathe, experience pattern and repetition as you flow to sequenced music. The breath connection to body alignment will be emphasized as you relax to be in the present moment.
Tuesdays: 6:00-7:00a | Morning Flow
This yoga will launch your day with strength, balance and breath as well as open your mind. There will be core. Your creative fluidity will be ignited as you lead your body through this early morning routine.
Classes will be held in the great barn at Vennebu Hill. Entrance for yoga is through the ‘milk-house’ door to the right of the main, front barn doors. For more information visit www.VennebuHill.com
Rate: $15 per session; cash or check is best.
