Wisconsin Dells is a bustling tourist town. Depending on when you are planning your event, you may run into booking roadblocks simply because of availability. If your wedding or event is scheduled sometime during June – August, then it would be best to plan WAY AHEAD. You will want to make sure your guests know that in this town hotels book up quite quickly. Hotels differ on their policies regarding group rates and discounted room blocks. For example, most hotels in the Dells require a two-night minimum during their peak season, however, will offer a group rate discount of 10%; conversely, that same resort will gladly accept room blocks with no minimum stay during off-peak season months and will also give a discount of 10%. It is best to contact each Group Sales department and book accordingly. Shuttle buses are usually not a perk included in hotel packages, but we have many options available on our Recommended Vendors page.
